When you win a bid, your phone number or Email will be emailed to the seller of the mobile. If the winner declines to purchase the mobile, the phone or email of the second highest bidder will be forwarded. Users have the right to enable either phone or email address for communication.

Upon receipt of the abuse report, we would evaluate the disputed content and take action based on our discretion, our policies or the laws of the land. If found guilty, we will immediately remove the disputed content and also block the user ID from posting any more content.
Xeries.com doesn’t promise any time duration for evaluating the disputed content. We will also not be providing a confirmation or notification after we receive the abuse report.
Content Monitoring
Xeries.com doesn’t promise to monitor each and every post made on the website. This would be practically impossible once the user base increases to a higher level. We will, however, make random checks across sections to make sure that the site remains a safe and spam free place for our visitors.
